Western Australian Leaders
Leaders is exclusively for privately-owned businesses. Potential members complete an expression of interest and will be contacted by Leaders. If there’s strong alignment, the business may be invited to become part of this curated community.
To ensure optimal outcomes, Member numbers at any time are capped at 40. This consists of up to 25 Executive Leaders (i.e. more established) and up to 15 Future Leaders (i.e. earlier stage). All Members can continue in the Alumni community.
Different businesses are at different stages with different drivers. Whilst Leaders provides a proven format, you will get out of Leaders what you put in. Check out the reasons why businesses join together with a range of successful outcomes.
Members value the opportunity to get out of the day-to-day operations, learn from experts and peers and gain an independent perspective. This ongoing professional development leads to greater confidence to make decisions and take action.
Within the Leaders community, there are a diverse range of businesses across industry sectors. This includes Executive Leaders, Future Leaders and Alumni, together with the Advisory Board, Industry Partners and Industry Experts.
All businesses involved with Leaders are directly represented by the CEO / Owner / Founder / Director. The option exists for businesses to include an additional senior person for professional development and / or succession planning.
